Job Description
- Secure new customers and maintain existing customers
- Organize, update and keep records of customer information
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Instructing and advising client of all logistics procedures
Job Requirements
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry in Egypt is a must
- Extensive knowledge of market prices, rates, and competition
- Extensive knowledge of regulations and procedures
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization 4-5 yrs experience
- Fluent English & Arabic
- Excellent computer skills
