Job Description
The implementation of the quality policy starting with the quality of raw materials and through the quality of production lines and finally the quality of the final product conforming to the standard specifications the application of quality systems in the factory to achieve the objectives of product quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting all the raw materials used in the manufacturing process (fruits, packaging materials) and making sure that they conform to the local international standards.
- Monitoring all stages of production to reach the standards of quality and food safety.
- Monitoring the cleanliness of the production hall and the personal cleanliness of the workers.
- Inspection of the final product before leaving the stores and delivery to the client.
- Perform chemical analysis of the product.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- High qualification and preferably Bachelor of Agriculture - Agricultural Technical Diploma.
Practical experience:
- Preferably with previous experience in the same field of work in similar factories.
Skills:
- Communication skills.
- English Language is preferable.
- Computer skills in specific office & excel applications.
- Knowledge of the quality schemes including (HACCP – ISO 22000 – ISO 18000).
- October, Haram, Faisal residents preferred
