Job Description
- Scheduling orders with the Technical office team team
- Daily follow up with the team on the working schedule and their attendance.
- Update the daily reports of the Technical office and installation .
- Making Invoices
- Making customers' survey upon the company's policy
- Making Offers and Contracts with Customers
- Handling Orders from Customers to Suppliers
- Following up on Orders Requirements
- Filling and Code all offers and date related with technical office sector
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience.
- Experience in Engineering companies is required.
- Must be living in Alexandria.
- Experience in document control.
- Excellent communications Skills.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- V.Good English Communications (Reading , Writing, Speaking)
