Job Description
Social Media Specialist is required to join our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase company online presence and improve marketing and sales team outputs.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmark, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
