Job Description

  • Prepare employee evaluations under probation according to the due dates.
  • Coordination with the Payroll Manager to settle the insurance for the new hires and transfer their hiring documents to the insurance department.
  • Responsible for reviewing the attendance and leaves statements for the department to issue salary reports.
  • Respond to any inquiries of employees regarding wages, salaries, and deductions.
  • Ensure that the hiring documents are similar to the labor law and job requirements as per the job category.
  • Ensure the service of workers ’transportation and the worker’s use of lines according to the statements provided by the departments.
  • Review the registration of new employees' data to ensure the validity of information on the employees' database.
  • Responsible for reviewing all the HR reports related to monthly salaries and wages (statement of attendance and leaves, statement of new hires, statement of resignations, etc.).
  • ِApply the system of annual and emergency leaves coordinating with other departments to plan and approve, as well as organizing and supervising sick leaves with the medical services department.
  • ِAdminister the registration of amendments to the monthly payroll and wages report to be submitted to the concerned parties.
  • Manage the completion of employees' hiring files coordinating their contracts' dates.
  • Calculate the approved amount of overtime and bonuses as per the company policy.
  • Prepare and execute pay orders to TMG's treasury or banks' account managers.
  • Keep track of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, etc.
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.
  • Receive and record performance appraisals for each employee in preparation for the annual increases.
  • Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual tax settlement.
  • Manage salary's detention, adjustment, or deduction.
  • Register advance-payments to follow up on salary deduction and prepare a monthly statement showing the balance of the outstanding advances.
  • Issue experience certificates and HR letters for employees.
  • Prepare banks' Correspondence letters and salaries' data communicated to assigned banks.

Job Requirements

  • (4-6) Years of experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, commerce or any relevant degree.
  • Age (26-31) Only
  • Males Only
  • Practical knowledge of administration.
  • Excellent in English
  • Earlier exposure on employment law.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Positive, responsible and hard worker
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
