Job Description
- Plan and Initiate effective online marketing campaigns and translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns.
- Implement the digital marketing activities for each development project and ensure that they are consistent with the overall marketing strategy.
- Maintain digital channels (Facebook Page, Twitter or any Social Media Channel) ensuring conformance with Marketing plan.
- Communicate with followers through appropriate technology platforms, answer their inquiries, and guide them to the appropriate departments in case of need.
- Track conversion rates and make improvements to all digital channels.
- Acquire knowledge about consumer trends and demands to analyze and evaluate customers’ needs.
- Compile a weekly status report on all digital marketing activities to ensure the conformance with Marketing Plan and pinpoint challenges.
- Assessment of current Digital activities and platforms versus competition (on the destination front and also real estate competing developments).
- Managing Digital agency & setting plans and managing campaigns along with online media buying.
- Review digital marketing budget; contribute to managing financial aspects of digital marketing tasks within given budgets.
- Assist the Head of Marketing in the production of monthly financial spreadsheets and reports related to the Digital Marketing activities.
- Develop and manage the leads management in collaboration with the sales team to meet the targeted qualified leads for potential sales projections related to digital.
- Contribute to the Marketing Department responsibilities of settings the goals and objectives in conformance with overall objectives and Marketing Strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing management or business administration
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing; preferably in Real Estate field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic Languages)
- Active team player, confident, and creative.
