Job Description

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is often confidential; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring that the CFO’s schedule is followed and respected.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to CFO.
  • Works closely and effectively with CFO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately and keeping them updated.
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Presentable
  • Business Writing.
  • High communication skills
  • Self confidence
  • Fluency in English language is preferred.
  • Presentable and motivating character
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines competently
