Job Description

  • Contribution to the company strategy from the sales / commercial discipline.
  • Develop and manage a strategic sales plan for the region that optimizes planning goals for company's and all retailers and company's partners.
  • Direct the implementation of the region's distribution policies.
  • Achieve the eternal business growth objectives with sales supervisors and sales associates through education,awareness and direct product selling activities.
  • Confers with agents and clients and resolve problems, such as sales price,repairing property, or accepting closing costs.
  • Recommend and enforce change in production trends and capacity to be compatible for the region,reports to the board how changes will impact sales volume,expenses,profitability and manpower requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Automotive spare parts industry experience is preferable.
  • Technical & professional expertise in sales.
  • Negotiating / communication skills.
  • Business minded / leadership.
