Job Description
- Contribution to the company strategy from the sales / commercial discipline.
- Develop and manage a strategic sales plan for the region that optimizes planning goals for company's and all retailers and company's partners.
- Direct the implementation of the region's distribution policies.
- Achieve the eternal business growth objectives with sales supervisors and sales associates through education,awareness and direct product selling activities.
- Confers with agents and clients and resolve problems, such as sales price,repairing property, or accepting closing costs.
- Recommend and enforce change in production trends and capacity to be compatible for the region,reports to the board how changes will impact sales volume,expenses,profitability and manpower requirements.
Job Requirements
- Automotive spare parts industry experience is preferable.
- Technical & professional expertise in sales.
- Negotiating / communication skills.
- Business minded / leadership.
