Product Manager

Main Job Duties:

• Work across functional areas and aligns with the Technical Management and Project Managers to track the development of our products.
• Build the products’ strategy and undertake a thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust the product strategies to respond to competition.
• Drive the entire vision of new products, features to keep the business relevant and competitive.
• Assess competition by comparing products.
• Initiate, define, plan and manage the rollout of the product features and enhancements.
• Write product requirement documents, FAQs, Press Releases and get stakeholder alignment. Drive product requirements to overcome regional challenges in scaling selection, and provide great customer experience
• Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, support, and to coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.
• Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability.
• Continue professional and technical education, attending workshops, seminars, etc.
• Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams.
• Lead execution of the product with high-level of discipline and engagement with the development teams. Meet defined milestones and delivery dates.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting on product features that you own.
