Main Job Duties:
- Work across functional areas and aligns with the Technical Management and Project Managers to track the development of our products.
- Build the products’ strategy and undertake a thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust the product strategies to respond to competition.
- Drive the entire vision of new products, features to keep the business relevant and competitive.
- Assess competition by comparing products.
- Initiate, define, plan and manage the rollout of the product features and enhancements.
- Write product requirement documents, FAQs, Press Releases and get stakeholder alignment. Drive product requirements to overcome regional challenges in scaling selection, and provide great customer experience
- Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, support, and to coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.
- Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability.
- Continue professional and technical education, attending workshops, seminars, etc.
- Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams.
- Lead execution of the product with high-level of discipline and engagement with the development teams. Meet defined milestones and delivery dates.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on product features that you own.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Outstanding software project and time management skills.
- Analytical and structured;
- Product management life cycle and SDLC methodologies.
- Agile software development methodologies.
- Requirements analysis including pricing and planning.
- Competitive analysis.
- Sales planning.
