Job Description
- Responsible for the Social Media Team.
- Responsible for comment moderation, consumer interaction, and diffusing any online issues (complaints, returns, etc.).
- Became well versed in Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and social marketing platforms and present our social communication, as well as build engagement with fans and followers.
- Created weekly reports of client and competitor social activities.
- Monitored use of Social Media platforms, including providing customer service through Facebook and Twitter and other platforms.
- Reading Google Analytics.
- Searching for keywords.
