Job Description

PayME is looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. Besides having experience in Marketing and business development, we are expecting you to have strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in business planning with the front-line management to develop a marketing & communications strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with PayMe overall mission, vision and objectives
  • Support the achievement of business goals by managing the reputation and the brand of PayMe according to global guidelines
  • Support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up marketing activities for different market and customer segments
  • Work across business groups to align and amplify global marketing efforts and lead development of connected business growth programs
  • Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that spread awareness, engagement and services adoption
  • Support PayMe’s objectives through Internal communications: Communicating the company vision and strategic development programs to employees according to global guidelines
  • Attend various educational programs, events and conferences
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business development or marketing specifically in E-commerce & digital products.
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills (public speaking and media relations) inclusive of writing and editing skills.
  • Aware of digital marketing tactics and tools
  • Should have strong business awareness, accompanied by analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
