Job Description
- Responsible for developing accounts in his assigned district to effectively generate sales and sustain its forecasted business growth.
- Regularly visits major accounts to observe product off- take and assess general business status.
- Must be well versed in coaching and developing his team members transforming them into entrepreneurs and businessmen with instinctive knowledge to manage their territories’ operational needs, through developing their technical and soft skills in regular bases.
- Plans, directs, monitors, and controls field sales operations in his area covering sales.
- Participates in determining and planning short and long range business goals and sales objectives for his assigned area. Includes sales forecasting and business development plans.
- Maintains and strengthens business relations with key people of major accounts within his area to stimulate cooperation and ensure consistent distribution and merchandising effectiveness.
- Monitors and assess performance of his team, ensuring the consistent achievement of objectives.
- Appraises market trends and shifts, business opportunities, and threats, competitive activities needed for strategy formulation including handling of special studies and projects on a need basis.
- Responsible for developing relationship between his/her operative and distribution department creating mutual benefit environment.
- Conduct consistent report to direct manager in weekly &monthly activity obtained by his team and by himself.
