Job Description

  • Assist Management and reservation department to handle mails and booking requested from agent and clients
  • Contact well by phone and mails with hotels
  • Finalize needed tasks from preparing packages
  • We have some meeting outside office should be able to attend

Work time from 10:00 am till 05:30 pm

Job Requirements

  • Females Only
  • Presentable
  • Fresh graduated
  • Smart
  • Fluent French (speaking & writing ) preferred Alsun or french schools no mind to be from Algeria or Morocco
  • Good in English
  • Very good in MS OFFICE (Word & Excel & Power Point )
  • Able to attend events & meeting outside office in hotels or airport (not basic but we need it sometimes)
