Job Description
- Reaching customer satisfaction through delivering a state of art service.
- Direct communication with clients to present campaign ideas to clients.
- Effectively build & maintain strong, long-Lasting customer relationships.
- Developing business with existing and new clients.
- Working closely with clients in the planning phase & Give the clients all needed support to ensure campaigns’ objectives will be met.
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems.
- Making sure that we meet the deadlines & maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Generate new business (New Contacts).
- Create & delivering presentations.
- Research & explore new trends in the advertising fields.
- Sending and explaining briefs to concerned departments.
- Supervise on the process of the workflow and supporting the team.
- Managing and reviewing progress of the client’s projects.
- Handling budgets, managing campaign costs.
- Costing, sending quotation and invoicing.
- Attending brainstorming sessions and work closely with design team to ensure best quality of all outputs.
- Ensuring that communication flows effectively between Executives & clients.
- Interviewing new account executives.
- Working closely with account executive to ensure smooth work flow process.
- Supervise & Evaluate Account executives.
- Responsible for the learning & development of Account executives.
Job Requirements
- Preferred to have previous experience in marketing agencies
- Preferred to have an educational marketing background
