Job Description

  • Handling employee files (payroll, social insurance, work-related documents, etc . ).
  • Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, setting interview dates and performing reference checks.
  • Contact candidates for interviews and manage interview timings.
  • Explaining human resources benefits, policies, procedures, laws, work instructions and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Develops an in-depth understanding of the Payroll Database to create reports on demand.
  • Responsible for the HRMS system, including adding and updating all employee's records on it.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc. and resolves issues and problems.
  • Prepare monthly company payroll taking into consideration all actions that impact payrolls such as overtime, absenteeism, vacations, resignations, promotions and other payroll effects. Managing and monitoring employees’ benefits (transportation, mobile allowances)
  • Update employee records with new hire information and or changes in employment status Responsible for employee’s social insurance.
  • Responsible for employee medical insurance, including dealing with the company providing the service.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form Assists in recruitment processes.
  • Monitoring employee’s attendance, including time attendance machines, and generating attendance reports.
  • Follow-up on each employee’s annual leaves, sick leave and send them containing remaining balances

Job Requirements

  • Males Only.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Graduate of the faculty of Law.
  • Adequate knowledge of Labor Law.
  • Experience from 1 to 4 years in HR functions ( Recruitment, Payroll, Personnel).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word)
  • Good command of English written and spoken.
