Job Description
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, software upgrading and repair on designated equipment.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance on time & properly based on the check list belongs to each equipment model.
- Ordering spare parts and managing shorter downtime of repair & minimum repeated calls.
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs, technical reports submission, and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining daily communications with customers directly Or via CS team to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and solution sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Valid driving license.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
