Job Description
Export coordinator responsibilities:
- Handling the foreign customers' incoming orders and issue the processing orders with all the relevant delivery, logistical and commercial conditions
- Coordinate with different production and supply chain departments to ensure correct production and logistical implementation, on-time and correct delivery
- Handle all incoming and outgoing export correspondences with the foreign customers (emails, phone calls, message, documents….etc) and provides prompt responses to all client’s questions, inquiries, and requirements
- Creating and maintaining customer’s data bases by gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, prices…. Etc to have a correct data base
- Maintaining and developing an accurate and unified filing system

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (commercial, business or logistical is highly preferable)
- Experience: 1-2 years ( international trade, logistics or freight forwarder is highly recommended)
- High verbal and nonverbal communication and negotiation skills
- Time management skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft office (professional user for Excel and Outlook)
- Fluent English
- Second language (German or/and French is highly preferable)
