Job Description

Urgently required for immediate hiring the following vacancies in the sales & marketing department:

Sales Coordinator/ Admin (indoor)

  • Handle incoming and outgoing sales correspondences (emails, phone calls, message …)
  • Handle the sales processing transactions and reports including customer’s order registration, invoicing, quotations, sampling, customer’s complaints, …etc
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently and timely
  • Creating and maintaining customer’s databases by gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, prices…. etc to have the correct database
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (commercial or business is highly preferable)
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Learnable, hard worker with high communication and negotiation skills
  • Time management skills
  • Computer skills: Microsoft office (professional user for Excel and Outlook)
  • Intermediate English
