Job Description
Urgently required for immediate hiring the following vacancies in the sales & marketing department:
Sales Coordinator/ Admin (indoor)
- Handle incoming and outgoing sales correspondences (emails, phone calls, message …)
- Handle the sales processing transactions and reports including customer’s order registration, invoicing, quotations, sampling, customer’s complaints, …etc
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently and timely
- Creating and maintaining customer’s databases by gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, prices…. etc to have the correct database
- Developing and maintaining filing systems.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (commercial or business is highly preferable)
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Learnable, hard worker with high communication and negotiation skills
- Time management skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft office (professional user for Excel and Outlook)
- Intermediate English
