Job Description
- Following up day to day marketing tasks & coordinating marketing activities/projects
- Stock controlling for marketing assets /printing materials (rollups , giveaways , flyers, business cards , ID cards , stamps)
- Sourcing list of suppliers that supports competitive quality , prices , production time.
- Tracking & coordinating the financial payments /billings between finance dept. & the suppliers
- Regular visits for facilities & outdoors banners location & make sure of the conditions & update the time plan based on the occasional events
- Implement the seasonal branding activation all over the group branches (marketing calendar)
- Supervise the production of art works , archiving for all events materials
- Supports in the preparations of new marketing activities , projects
- Support in activation , new locations opening , events & outdoor activities
Job Requirements
- Years of experience not less than 3 years within same role
- Marketing bachelor Degree
- Marketing Agencies Background is a plus
- Preferable Automotive background
