Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Assist in Payroll process through collecting variables
  • Assist in Recruitment processes
  • Taking medical insurance approvals
  • Participate in employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Participate in tasks related to performance management
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related and resolve any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements

  • Should be from Beni suef (from Beni suef resident)
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • 1-3 Years of Experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
