Job Description
- Reviewing Health & Safety management system & improving plans.
- Reviewing teams’ compliance.
- Putting hands-on system weakness & support in treatment.
- Holding Meetings with the Customer H&S team.
- Building Database for Teams. Performing periodical site visits.
- Creating new ideas to evolve H&S performance.
- Activating management walk through visits & assuring targets achievement.
- Creating & updating tracking sheet format to include all actions.
- Develop and follow systems, policies, tools, and reports as required by local legislation, government, local authorities, and our customers.
- Participate in tendering process and customer meetings where H&S requirements are prerequisites Be the contact point for the Customer H&S team.
- Keeping the organization informed of H&S policies.
- Leading Health and Safety team to Identify and report upon unsafe equipment, working conditions, and practices.
- Developing a positive H&S culture by promoting and participating in safety awareness for employees Interviewing the waiting for hiring employees and assess the working force in an H&S point of view for suitable actions/rewards
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- NEBOSH IGC 1,2,3, certified is a (MUST)
- Fluency in English is a (MUST)
- Excellent computer skills
- Males Only
