Job Description
- Suggest new promotions and BTL campaigns and work on the execution of the campaigns.
- Regularly conducting market visits to assess brand standing in the market and competition.
- Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for the effective implementation of regulatory standards.
- Manage the effective achievement of International market objectives through the leadership of the department– setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with preferably a post-graduate degree
- 1-3 years relevant experience in Branding including at least 1 year in the position
- FMCG background
- Basic knowledge of brand positioning/communication/ packaging
