Job Description
(Hotel reservation website)
- Planning to sell different travel services with regard to relocation and residence.
- Follow-up procedures for hotel reservations and ensure the safety of hotel reservation .
- Prepare different hotel offers and set appropriate rates for them.
- Create hotel packages that attract customers.
- Dealing with travel problems, customer complaints and refunds.
- Effective and fast communication with the supplier in the event of a problem with the reservation and the end of the problem in a short time .
- Supervising reservation operations.
- Managing the relationship between the site and the supplier.
- Adjusting the ratio on the system and comparing prices with competitors.
- Working on continuous improvement of the site and offers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in the field of tourism and travel .
- experience in hotels reservations.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of different selling skills.
- Good knowledge of customer service.
- strong knowledge with online systems B2B&B2C
