Job Description

  • Handling clients and customers requests via Internet including communication, quotations, reservations & operations
  • Communicate, search and negotiate overseas and internal agents.
  • Identify and resolve problems.
  • 9 hours rotational shifts (between 8 AM and 11 PM)

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience.
  • Strong knowledge about various destinations all over Egypt and globally.
  • Soft/Selling skills & techniques oriented.
  • Good communication skills via telephone, emails or one to one meetings.
  • Good knowledge with computers including Internet browsing, emails, word & Excel.
  • Strong knowledge with online systems B2B & B2C.
  • Minimum +1 years Using online system.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Males only.
  • Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Graduates only.
