Job Description
- Contact potential customers to join them about our company's services using scripts.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales, direct prospects to field sales team when needed.
- Contact and update customer's information in our database system.
- Handle grievances to pressure the company's reputation.
- Go to extra miles to meet sales targets (Quota) and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls sales and note useful information.
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English speaking and communicating with zero accents is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales Quota Preferably over the phone.
- Good Knowledge of Relevant complaints Programs (an eg. CRM system) and telephone systems.
- Proven experience as telesales or other services, sales service in the real state, interior design, finishes services.
- Excellent communication skills in interpersonal skills.
- Has his DATA base in real estate is a MUST.
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
- outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues of address complaints.
- BSC. ABA in Sales, Marketing, Engineering is preferable.
