Job Description
- Being the key communication channel between the brand and the agencies/third parties.
- Develop project briefs and meeting agencies to discuss brands marketing needs and their requirements
- Briefing the agencies/ third parties who will be co-handling the project/job.
- Working with agencies/third parties to devise a campaign that meets the brand brief and budget.
- Delivering final products for review, assessment and confirmation.
- Handling amendments demanded from the brand
- Following up with the agencies/third parties through calls, emails and meetings for any project involve marketing activities to ensure all brand requirements are met
- Supervise production and execution of any marketing project, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
- Administer marketing calendar. Monitor schedules, arrangements and other details to ensure timely completion within deadlines.
- Supplying the agencies/third parties with any needed information and materials requested from brands
- Reviewing different communication material to ensure its alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives
- Managing the marketing budget, invoicing, documentation and gaining all approvals necessary to proceed the work.
- Provide monthly/ periodical analysis and reports.
- Provide insights & recommendations on campaign performance to assist brands in making more informed actionable decisions.
- Brainstorm and assist in developing marketing activities/ ideas for creative marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct/communicate marketing research findings to highlight consumer requirements, habits and trends, proposed areas of improvements.
- Maintain knowledge of the key competitors activities, new campaigns, promotions, market/channel trends within the categories, and report periodically.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or any field coupled with Brand Management experience and interest/passion.
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Digital Marketing/BTL (ground activation) experience
- Experience working in fashion and/or retail (preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
