System monitoring

• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Monitor networks to ensure security
• Evaluate and modify system’s performance
• Review application logs
• Run reports on system performance for team and wider organization

Troubleshoot problems

• Respond to and resolve help desk requests (create new mails, added to mail groups, delete resigned emails, create S Users, ..)
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Install and test computer-related equipment.
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings as well as printers.
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
• Coordinate and provide support for Firewall and network system.

System planning, design and administration.

• Familiar with Microsoft technology knowledge (office 365, active directory, skype for business, cloud hosting, firewall, antivirus, etc…)
• New accounts set-up and active directory administration
• Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services
• Manage staff and user credentials and frameworks
• Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, company mobile phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches
• Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations
• Optimize processes and lead process improvement
• Design and deploy networks; Maintain network servers such as file servers, and VPN gateways
• Design new computer systems system and server performance
• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security

System Security

• Ensure systems are secure and protected from breach or viruses
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
• Create and verify backups of data.
• Make recommendations for future upgrades.
• Create and implement training for staff
