Job Description
- Maintain an electronic database of sales, registration, inspection, and maintenance of fleet management
- Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends
- Perform vehicles registration, insurance and CHP formalities and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in the existing fleet
- Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance, obtain tags for new vehicles and renew old ones to ensure schedule fleet management
- Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations
- Maintain and monitor a data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests
- Plan and prepare an annual budget, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives
- Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to achieve company objectives......etc
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the same position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Problem solving
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Perfect knowledge of applicable laws and regulation
- Familiar with fleet -specific programs and logistics /supply chain software
- Good English
