Job Description

Job summary:

  • Develop, manage and implement the organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes, standards and specifications for the quality department.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Implement quality management and quality controls for the organization
  • Perform systematic and independent examination of all activities and documents, to determine whether the evaluated activities were appropriately conducted and that the data was generated, recorded, analyzed, and accurately reported according to protocol and standard operating procedures
  • Conduct periodic operational checks and audits within each functional department and clinics to ensure overall quality.
  • Monitor processes documenting and reporting deviations from SOPs, writing new and revising SOPs
  • Develop relevant quality tools and make sure supervisors and other staff understand how to improve the business; and stay compliant with the highest level of quality control
  • Reviews all data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.
  • Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
  • Keeps management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and actions being taken to improve the situation.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
  • Designs and implements quality assurance training programs to key personnel in conjunction with the training department.
  • Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality.
  • Supervises and reviews periodical reports on quality team visits to clinics
  • Coordinates the relevant departments to provide the necessary requirements to ensure the progress of work
  • Held a regular meeting of the team and review the monthly achievement
  • Supervises the evaluation of employees' performance Quality Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of pharmaceutical science, Biochemistry or any relevant
  • Proven +3 years’ experience as a quality control and quality assurance manager or 10 years combinations of relevant experience and knowledge may be substituted.
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
