Job Description
- Prepare the annual Business Development Plan (proposed way forward) in alignment with the regional/company’ plan.
- Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/ annual new client acquisition targets and objectives defined for the country/region.
- Analyze business needs to identify new opportunities over and above the present core businesses.
- Strategist with regards to alliances/partners to increase the company’s footprints across the country/region.
- Understand the customer’ requirements and map the same to the existing offerings of the organization.
- Drive bid/tender documentation with other department’s stakeholders

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in large bids/tenders responses with basic presentation skills.
- Pro-active self-starter with the ability to operate both individually and as part of a team.
- Good Business Acumen.
- Excellent in the English language.
- Income sources/contracts including VAS (Value Add Services).
- Excellent negotiation skills, positioning, business justification, and closing skills
