Job Description
- In coordination with the Treasury Department, ensure that all clients' payments in accordance with payment due dates and the respective bank accounts for collection.
- Communicate and coordinate with banks to timely receive all bounced checks supported by bank advice of reasons of check bouncing.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve customer payment issues, if any.
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
- Resolves client-billing problems and rescues collections delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner.
- Provide timely follow-up and take all required actions related to payment arrangements in reference to customer's inquiries.
- Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
Job Requirements
- Solid Experience in credit control, collection and accounts receivables preferably in Real Estate Company.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
