Job Description

  • Receiving the Hiring Request from the Line Managers.
  • Prepare Pool tracking sheet.
  • Posting the job post through different internet sources.
  • Conduct phone interview then face to face interview mainly for the Blue Collars.
  • Coordinate with the line manager to meet the shortlisted candidates.
  • Conducting exit interviews for the resigned employees.
  • Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
  • Prepare monthly reports related to the tracking sheets.

Job Requirements

  • BSc. in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment especially in Blue Collars.
  • Excellent communication & problem solving skills.
  • Very good in MS Office.
