Job Description
- We are looking for experienced Instructors in the following fields:
- General English
- Business Writing
- Technical Writing + Reporting
- Business Communication
- Presentation Skills
- Project Management
- MS-Project Software
- (Computer Skills) mainly word/excel/PPT
Instructors should be able to do
- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
- Preparing materials.
- Helping students improve their skills practically.
- Checking and assessing students' work.
- Conducting Online sessions for each group every other week.
- Following up on student's performance on a daily basis.
- Provide feedback based on workload.
- Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an instructor.
- Flexible.
- Instruction Skills: You will have to explain new ideas and unfamiliar concepts with authority and in a clear and concise way so that students can understand. You must work to keep the students' attention
- Patience: The students you work with will have different backgrounds and abilities. Patience will help you deal with students who act out or have trouble following the material.
- Creativity: Instructor must have to find ways to involve students in their lessons. Additionally, Instructors may have to work with different learning styles to get the most out of each student.
- Communication Skills: You must be able to speak clearly to students, other instructors and administration officials.
- Minimum 1-year experience of teaching English for adults.
