Job Description
- Performing as the link between the clients and the operations teams (translators, reviewers, terminologists, language engineers, and other stakeholders).
- Plan the workflow of the translation and localization projects by distributing tasks, and following up deliverables.
- Participate in arranging different phases of potential or running projects (budgets, human resources scheduling and quality control).
- Accountable for knowledge transfer, team compliance, instructions, negotiations, and project details.
- Analyzing risks, and create mitigation plans to avoid difficult situations before, during or after the project execution.
- Participate in preparing some reports, update peers on progress and forecast of the project team’s work status, escalating quality issues and evaluating needed support.
Job Requirements
- B. A. Degree: Preferably business, linguistics, computer science or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the translation and localization field is recommended.
- Fluent English language (Reading and writing).
- Solid knowledge of MS applications.
- Customer-centric, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Problem-solving capabilities and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
