Job Summary:
The main role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to lead our marketing team operations. In this position, your ultimate goal is to help our brands grow locally and on a global scale based on the corporate plan & objectives. S/he should have hands on knowledge and experience managing all aspects of digital marketing and be able to implement digital strategies which will increase brand awareness and consumer engagement online.
The duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing communication, SEM, SEO, email marketing, Paid Ads and lead generation demand which will increase brand awareness and consumer engagement online. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to discuss objectives and setting annual plans.
- Coordinate with marketing functions heads (content, SEO, media buying, email marketing, lead gen) to streamline all our marketing deliverables.
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including branding, content, SEO, SEM, Email, Lead gen and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing position.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools such as GA, Webmaster, SEO PowerSuite & CRM.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Previous experience working in IT/Professional services industries or in a B2B environment would be a plus
- Previous experience managing marketing teams and definitely has the sense of leadership and know how to keep the team motivated
