Job Description
- Prepare Shop drawings.
- Prepare Bill of quantities of Arch. Materials.
- Prepare 3D structural model, following BIM developed standards and procedures.
- Follow the instruction and tasks given by the team leader.
- Design Review.
- Collaborate and Coordinate with all disciplines ( Str. , MEP) either through 3D models or CAD.
- Help in the execution of clash review reports.
- Raising RFI if needed due clashes or design problems.
- Utilize software skills in enhancing work quality and presentation.
- Value Engineering of the Architecture design, to minimize cost if possible.
- Coordinate between Arch. . Urban design and Civil works requirements.
- Quantity Surveying.
Job Requirements
- Organised and fast learner.
- Adaptability and communication.
- Medium experience in drafting software ( Auto CAD)
- Medium experience in BIM/ modeling related software ( Arch. Revit )
