  • Global interior design & finishes for medium & small projects.

Global interior (GI) is looking for a High-performing telesales managers lead the team by providing guidance, training & mentorship, also to help as to meet our customer acquisition & revenue growth target.

The telesales manager will be responsible for maximizing our plan to the upper management.

You must be an excellent communicator with superior people over the phone, the goal is to help the company grow by begging in customer & developing business.

Telesales Manager Job responsibilities:

  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, Coaching & performance monitoring of tele agent/representative.
  • Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s, customer bare & ensures its strong presence.
  • Achieving growth & hitting sales targets by successful managing, training to develop the telesales team.
  • Present sales, revenues & expenses report & realistic forces to the management team.
  • Monitoring phone calls to ensure Entering & update customer information, in the database.
  • Handle grievances to preserve company repetition.

Job Requirements

Telesales Manager Requirements;

  • Bs/MS degree in business administration or a related filled.
  • Successful previous experience as a telesales representative or sales manager consistently meeting or exceed target (please provide a track record and or experience certificate)
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense & industry expertise especially telesales
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching people & management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English with communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of relative computer programs (eg.CRM S.W) & telephone system.
