Job Description
- Helping clients to successfully implement and operate our online business solutions and services.
- Provide the necessary support for them to maintain their continuity and solve technical problems (accounting).
- Provide Training to the clients on the systems and applications provided by the company through lectures or workshops at the company's headquarters or the customer's headquarters as needed
- Assist the client and provide general advice for his success in his project to achieve his goals.
- Participate in the development and improvement of the service in regards of performance and user experience.
- Any additional tasks related to the above objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Experience 3+ years in accounting.
Skills:
- High technical abilities.
- excellent communication skills
- Explaining and delivering ideas in a clear way.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Fluency in speaking English.
- Analytical skills and investigating areas and cause of imbalances among clients (systems, mechanisms of use, etc.)
