Job Description
- Identify potential risks and re-assess the identified risks.
- Manage controls and create remediation plans
- Incident management and investigations of compliance violations
- Perform the necessary steps to comply to company guidelines
- Create and update the Minimum compliance framework.
- Perform a random audit on Minimum Compliance Framework and Minimum Accounting Framework
- Ensure responsible conduct of the company towards employees, business partners, government agencies, society, etc.
- Ensure Adhering to laws, internal policies and contractual obligations for the prevention of legal risks and their consequences.
- Promote ethical corporate culture based on integrity and consistent with the values and principles stated in the Company Code of Conduct
- Acts as the main contact for coordinating the I&C measures initiated by the Group.
- Function as the local contact for compliance-related matters in the Group company.
- Maintain regular communication with the I&C Department.
- Support employees who report possible compliance violations to local contacts.
Job Requirements
- Holds a solid financial background.
- Experience in risk management.
- Experience in compliance audits.
- A clear understanding of outsourcing service centers and technology.
- Experience in budgeting and understanding of budget components and assumptions.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve disputes and conflict.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum 6 years of total experience.
