Job Description
- Handle incoming and outgoing sales correspondences [emails, phone calls, message]
- Handle the sales processing transactions and reports including customer’s order registration, invoicing, quotations, sampling, and customer’s complaints.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently and timely.
- Creating and maintaining customer’s data bases by gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, prices.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree [Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent]
- Males [35 years old is Max. age]
- Cairo resident [Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo are preferred]
- 3-5 years of Sales experience [with proven B2B sales experience]
- Good common of English language.
- High Microsoft Office skills.
- High Presentation, and Communication skills.
- High Problem Solving, and Planning skills.
- Self-motivation, Time management, and Ownership skills.
- Able to accept Diversity and Change.
- Valid driving license is a must.
