Job Description
- Review production schedule, engineering specs,orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods,procedure and activities.
- Analyzing statistical data and product specs to determine standard and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished products,
- Study operation sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and plant information to determine worker functions and responsibilities.
- Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products to promote efficient utilization.
- Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, materials, and machines.
- Estimate production costs and cost saving methods.
