Job Description
- As an Associate Project Leader, you are the ultimate responsible for the process and delivery of the project, internally.
- Starting from envisioning how large the scope can be and how it should be lead through rigorous planning and follow through, leading all the conceptual and creative thinking all the way to delivering to the External Project Leaders across all touch points, managing their expectations, morale, and political diplomacy; understanding, challenging, cascading and reflecting on feedback; and obviously championing your team’s rights at the External Project Leaders’ end.
- You are also the General Manager of the project internally, setting up and leading an internal team assigned to you, owning all of the project’s internal processes and doing so with the utmost efficiency (cheaper, faster, better & more).
- This leads to a BIA (Best In Absolute) quality delivery of the full experience the external client receives from any of your team members.
Job Requirements
- Flexibility and availability to travel for short business trips (20-40%)
- Excellent command of English
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
