Job Description
- Fulfill existing opening vacancies to ensure alignment of recruitment with manpower plan.
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
- Conduct face to face interviews, deliver a full detailed information about the company, job role, package along with the benefits.
- Create job offers for accepted candidates and do the needed archival.
- Update applicant status on the company’s database.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- 2-4 years of corporate experience in mass recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Maximum age is 30.
