Job Description

  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Report all the sales progress and statistics regularly to the management board.
  • Monitor Customer service levels through customer’s feedback and takes action as required to insure the best level of customer service.
  • Investigate, solve and report all customer related complaints before, after, during the trip and liaise with managers at all levels so as to affect the satisfactory resolution of complaints.
  • Analyze customer feedback, then liaise with competent authorities to improve the service/product.

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to prepare reports and use of the appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Working in a travel agency is a plus.
