Job Description
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Report all the sales progress and statistics regularly to the management board.
- Monitor Customer service levels through customer’s feedback and takes action as required to insure the best level of customer service.
- Investigate, solve and report all customer related complaints before, after, during the trip and liaise with managers at all levels so as to affect the satisfactory resolution of complaints.
- Analyze customer feedback, then liaise with competent authorities to improve the service/product.
Job Requirements
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to prepare reports and use of the appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Working in a travel agency is a plus.
