Job Summary :
The digital marketing specialist is primarily responsible for developing strategies, planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, and services, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, Web analytics, e-mail marketing and search engine optimization, among others. Also in charge of audience segmentation, conducting market research, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends
Duties and Responsibilities:
These duties include but are not limited to:
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, firebase, and Facebook Insights and any other tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s performance of digital marketing efforts and performance.

- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
- Attend related events and conferences
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
- Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors
- Generate leads (attract new potential customers)
- Creating and managing (or organizing the creation of) many different kinds of content—like blog posts, videos, webinars, eBooks, brochures, landing pages, website copy, etc.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
