- Building sales strategy and achieving sales target including cash value, average per sale and conversion rates
- Monitoring team performance and motivating teams to reach the desired goals
- Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Job Requirements
Qualification:-
- Retail background " Footwear & Bags " Is a must
- 7+ years of experience, 3 years at least as "Stores Manager" or "Area Manager"
- Visual Merchandising Knowledge
- Strong organisational & planning skills
- Flexibility to travel
- ERP knowledge Is preferred
- Maximum age 40
