Job Description
- Identify the OD agenda & interventions according to the business needs in collaboration with the top management
- Lead and execute OD projects till delivery and measure its effectiveness
- Contribute in fostering corporate culture, people motivation and performance
- Design competency framework, conduct job analysis and job profiling
- Enhance performance management system, techniques & procedures and link it with corporate objectives
- Engage in the periodic manpower planning and Org chart updating
- Lead the talent acquisition process, onboarding & orientation of new hires
- Craft the TNA, training plan & budget and execute it on time while keeping an eye on its impact and return on investment
- Identify talents and follow up the IDPs related action plans
- Study employee engagement & satisfaction and provide management with recommendation
- Evaluate jobs and update salary structure after getting market insights
- Provide employees with consultation regarding all their queries and complaints
- Steward corporate values and ethics through rewarding on proper behavior
Job Requirements
- Should be able to join on a short notice
- BSc Of Business Administration or any suitable discipline
- HR Diploma from a well reputable university is a must
- A proven Track record of hands on delivered OD projects in an industrial organization
- Residence location should be in October city or Giza governorate at least
- 5-7 years of experience in all HR functions, with at least 3 years in OD and able to provide work samples when needed
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office & Visio
