Job Description
- Checking of all hardware like Servers, Printers, Desktops, Laptops, Scanner, Fax.
- Monthly checklist of all problems attended and fixed.
- Back up of servers (daily) and data of important managers weekly or monthly.
- Back up of mail box and important excel files of all the staff weekly or monthly.
- Monitoring the track of web browsing by managers and staff.
- Restrict usage of illegal and unauthorized sites and stop the downloading of movies, songs etc through the firewall.
- Tracking the movement of the electronic devices and equipment such as computers, laptop, mobile, printers, camera etc.
- Providing Data package and control of the internet usage and mobile usage.
- Training the staff how to use the computers and software efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English
- Experience:1-2 Years experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiar with applications and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking
- Excellent user of MS office applications
- Knowledge in networking (VPN, virtualization, and firewall)
- Knowledge in switches and routers
- Knowledge in servers and storage (Dell, HP, IBM …. etc)
- CCNA & MCSE knowledge
