Job Description

  • GT World Of Beauty is planning to open a back-office branch in Egypt with (15 - 20) Employees, therefore, we are looking for a Business Manager to setup up the whole processes for our back-office in Egypt from getting Licenses and Permits for the company (ex.State tax ID, Permits, License, Necessary bank account, insurance policy),
  • Creating company structure and Business plan to building our team there.
  • Personnel Duties:

  • The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the planning, directing, controlling, and coordination of business activities for the GT World Of Beauty in Egypt in accordance with the mission, vision, values, policies, and objectives established by GT World Of Beauty.
  • The General Manager (GM) is responsible for all supply chain management functions within the Maxima business requires thorough involvement with sales, operations, procurement, customer service, finance, IT and HR.
  • The General Manager (GM) is responsible for staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
  • The General Manager (GM) is responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpret external and internal data and write reports to the CEO
  • The General Manager (GM) is responsible for Representing the company in events, conferences etc
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Very good English
  • BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
  • Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good understanding of ERP System is a plus
  • Good understanding of Accounting and finance is a plus
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
